Are you driven by client happiness, not billable hours?

As Customer Success Manager at APX10 you will be guiding clients using the APX® and IxI solutions to optimize their water management and operations.

Your role involves managing the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, acting as a primary contact, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. Key responsibilities include driving adoption, enhancing customer relationships, coordinating implementations, and identifying expansion and renewal opportunities within client accounts. Together with our Business Development Managers you are expected to be our front in the North American market, actively participate in exhibitions and interact with prospects in sales process managed by the Business Development Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities as Customer Success Manager at APX10

Client Lifecycle Management
Oversee the complete client journey, including implementation, onboarding, adoption, and renewal, acting as a strategic partner to the client.

Value Delivery
Proactively ensure users gain ongoing value and meet their goals by leveraging the APX® and IxI solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Nordic customer success team, development team and commercial team to resolve issues, gather market feedback, and deliver successful implementation and support.

Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor. You are expected to involve yourselves in industry organizations, obtaining significant substance expertise.

Facilitate the APX10 community in North America
Host and facilitate the annual user conference and create smaller networking groups focusing on key topics solved by the solutions.

Customer Advocacy
Serve as the voice of the client internally, communicating feedback to development team to influence the development of existing and future solutions.

Growth and Retention
Identify opportunities for client account growth (upsell/cross-sell) and secure renewals by demonstrating the continued value of the solutions

Be a digital first mover in water
You will as CSM ensure that clients fully utilizes our solutions leading to better outcomes and increased client satisfaction. This means you will also yourself become a super user of the software solutions.

We prefer your location to be near our clients in the Midwest or Great Lakes area. You can work from home, or at our Milwaukee based office.
