This strong position now also allows us to strengthen our U.S. focus even further and announce the expansion of our Board of Directors with the appointments of Chris Peacock and Laurie Parsons. Laurie and Chris will join existing board members including former President of the Global Water and Wastewater Segment at Schneider Electric Lukas Loeffler, APX10™ CEO Ulrich Hansen, and Chairman Brian Iversen. These strategic additions reflect APX10’s ongoing commitment to scaling its U.S. operations and deepening its market leadership in North America.
Laurie Parsons brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the public and private sectors of the U.S. water industry. She previously served as the Americas Water Director at Ramboll, a global engineering, architecture, and consultancy company with over 18,000 experts worldwide. At Ramboll, she held a leadership role in delivering sustainable water and environmental solutions to municipalities and utilities across North America and is presently serving as an advisor to the firm on growth and market development for the water business. Parsons was CEO of a specialty consulting firm that is now part of Ramboll and currently serves as Chair of the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department Visiting Board.

Most recently, Chris was the Founder and CEO of AQUAOSO Technologies, a pioneering water and climate risk analytics company acquired by Growers Edge in 2024. With over two decades of experience in water and SaaS, Chris brings deep domain expertise and strategic leadership in data-driven climate resilience. He also serves as a mentor to startup founders in the climate, water, and agtech sectors, supporting the next generation of mission-driven entrepreneurs.
